Sometimes it is just easier to do your own literature searching. After all, you know what you are looking for and can adjust your strategy accordingly. 

The PCA Library's license agreement for Compendex, the premier engineering literature database, allows for personal login options for the following user groups:

• PCA Staff
• PCA Board members
• PCA Committee members

What happens when I request a literature search?

1. We search our subscription database(s) for relevant journal articles, books/book chapters, and other literature on the requested topic.
2. A list of article citations & abstracts (not the full text) will be sent to you within the time frame requested. You select the articles needed full text and we can fill the article request from our collections (all users) or via our network of libraries (members only).
3. Please factor in a turnaround time of 2-5 days, besides the search time, in case there is a need to order articles from our network of libraries.
